i was dancing like a mad woman at the flashdance (i always do! my neck is sprained for proof)…and i realized i am mostly celebrating the fact that its happening on the street with a bunch of strangers put together by a cool dude who comes on a tricycle.and is my coolest friend!

Me and crew were headed home after seeing a 3D movie… heard the tunes and couldn’t resist checking the situation.
and BLAM! BLOW! BOOM!…. my first Flash Dance!

thankfully i was still wearing my 3D glasses, otherwise i might not have seen the coolness

Hey Deep. I love this concept and was shocked to just learn about it. But honestly, if I may as I’m working on being honest in every moment, I didn’t love the music. Of course, I was one in 100+, but my two girls I came with felt the same, which is why we ended up leaving. But man, any chance to dance with strangers in a public space is bound to leave me smiling, so thanks for doing it.
My vote is for more dance music (not hard core club stuff), but less cheesy music (just my opinion, which you asked for) and more 4-to-the-floor, great beat, kind of stuff. Loved the Michael Jackson and the bhangra mash up, but some mash ups just didn’t work for me.
Okay, hope that wasn’t too harsh. I’m out.

amazing. amazing. amazing. probably didn’t stop moving for, like, two hours straight. what would put things over the top is some late ’80′s/early ’90′s silliness: c+c music factory, bel biv devoe, salt n’ pepa, color me badd, enigma, boyz II men, what-have-you. yeah, i said it.
