JUMBLE List Instructions

This list is the hub of our bi-monthly friend-mixer: JUMBLE. Many of us have various groups of friends we'd like to introduce to other groups of friends & JUMBLE is designed to help.

JUMBLE get-togethers will be held at a bar in SF every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. Until further notice (03/16/04), it will be held at The Orbit Room @ Market & Guerrero...

Unlike other lists managed by 'Deep, this list is wide open - anyone can subscribe & get access to this list. I'm expecting to have friends add their friends....

To SEND Email To The JUMBLE List:

Simply send an email to jumble@deeptrouble.com, or just click here

NOTE: You MUST be subscribed to JUMBLE to send emails to it!

To SUBSCRIBE To The JUMBLE List:

It's a two step process:

  1. Just click here

    OR

    Send an email to majordomo@deeptrouble.com with the following in the BODY:

    subscribe jumble

  2. You will be sent a confirmation request. Once you return that request (as instructed in the request), you will be subscribed to the list (at your current email address) & will receive a welcome message. If you do NOT get a welcome message, you have NOT been subscribed!

To subscribe to an address other than the account you are mailing from (i.e. a home account), send an email to majordomo@deeptrouble.com with the following in the BODY:

subscribe jumble your_other_email@whereever.com  

To UNSUBSCRIBE From The JUMBLE List:

  1. Just click here

    2. OR

    Send an email to majordomo@deeptrouble.com with the following in the BODY:

    unsubscribe jumble

  2. You will be sent a confirmation notice. If you did NOT get a confirmation notice, you were NOT unsubscribed!

To unsubscribe to an address other than the account you are mailing from (i.e. a home account), send an email to majordomo@deeptrouble.com with the following in the BODY:

unsubscribe jumble your_other_email@whereever.com  

You will get an unsubscribed message at that account & will have to reply to it to successfully unsubscribe.

NOTE: Only people who are on the list can do this.....

and it will reply with a list of all the mailing lists available. Most of them will require my approval for you to susbcribe, but hey - a few peanut butter m&m's can go a long way.....
